The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said, Allah helps His servant as long as the servant helps his brother.
Our mission is to be the committed first responder when natural disasters strike northern Pakistan. We provide help in two critical phases:
Immediate Aid: We rapidly deploy to deliver life-saving support—like rations, bedding, and emergency cash—to families whose lives have been uprooted by floods or other crises.
Long-Term Rebuilding: We go beyond temporary help by investing in permanent rehabilitation, such as funding the construction of new, safe homes for those who have lost everything, ensuring they regain stability and dignity.
This two-phase approach means we save lives in the short term while securing the future of disaster-affected communities (e.g., aiding 1,438 families during the 2022 Chitral floods).
UHO faces heavy pressure during Flood and Disaster Relief work. The team must act fast, reach damaged villages, and cover high rebuilding costs. These challenges test resources and demand strong planning.
Our strategy is designed to overcome the logistical and financial hurdles of disaster recovery, ensuring aid is both immediate and permanent:
